24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Wildflower is a small client-centered spa and last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business. We reserve time and resources with our therapists for each individual appointment. Therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. Wildflower requires 24 hours notice of any cancellation or appointment change.
A 50% fee will be applied to your credit card on file if you do not give 24 hrs notice of cancellation. A 100% service charge will be applied for any same day/no show appointments.

In consideration of preserving a peaceful environment, Wildflower Spa requests that guests and clients turn off their cell phones prior to entering the spa.
Only clients receiving spa services will be allowed in the spa. Babies and toddlers are not permitted to accompany an adult during spa service, for the safety and comfort of our staff and guests. Guests under the age of 16 are eligible to receive facial treatments and nail care only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Wildflower reserves the right to terminate any service at any point if we feel that the child is interrupting other clients’ relaxation.
GIFT CERTIFICATE RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash.
Wildflower Spa is not liable for any lost gift certificates.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS RETURN POLICY
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatment that was purchased. We will exchange them for you for other products or spa credit of equal value.
Please arrive right on time for your appointment. If you are a first time client a profile will be completed prior to your service.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.
Spa specials can not be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates. Any promotions or specials must be used on your next appointment if it applies to that service. If that appointment is canceled you will loose the special or promotion.
REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN OUR STORE
All product sales are final.
